Shipping

• Although the majority of orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days of your order, please note that it may take longer to process your order. We aim to ship most orders as quickly as possible.
• Most items ordered via Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-8 days of shipping.
• We use Canada Post as our shipping service. Shipping costs are based on the tax-free value of the order.
• Delivery available in Canada only.

Returns

• Tremblant Souvenirs will be pleased to refund your purchase if you return it within 30 days from the date of shipment.
• The item(s) must be in new condition, with their original packaging unopened, and with all tags and tickets attached.
• Please note that merchandise that has been used or worn is not eligible for refunds.
• Delivery costs will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
